“I offer confidentiality, integrity, service and commitment, adding up to satisfaction for you. If you need advice on any real estate matter, no matter how small, I would like to hear from you. You can be assured of good service and my total dedication at all times."
Sandy Taylor has a long standing passion for real estate that dates back many years. It was Sandy’s undeniable skill for selling and for dealing with people which lead Sandy to complete her Branch Managers in 1998 and move into a management position. However, her true passion was working closer with vendors and purchasers, so Sandy stepped back into a residential salesperson's position.
In 2001 Sandy wanted to work particularly with the elderly and moved in to the Retirement Industry. Sandy was an Exclusive/Sales Manager for 6 ½ years and then moved into Village Management for a further 2 ½ years. After being based on the shore for 6 years, Sandy decided in 2015 to work in real estate near her home patch in West Auckland.
While working in the retirement industry Sandy found her knowledge of real estate was extremely helpful to the potential residents selling their homes and move into a village. People found her advice very helpful, when buying into a village and selling their home to do so.
Sandy is married with three children and three grandsons. Her husband is the Deputy Fire Chief at the Titirangi Station. Her interests include playing golf, reading and relaxing with family. Sandy is a marriage celebrant and was appointed a Justice of Peace in 1992. Sandy served 12 years on local council boards holding such positions as Deputy Chair and as a member of different ad hoc committees. Sandy was on the Portage Licencing Trust for 9 years, and a commercial board member for West Auckland Trust Services for 2 years. Sandy is currently on the Portage Ceramic Trust.
Throughout Sandy’s years in the real estate profession she has developed a reputation for success and dedication. Sandy holds a Branch Managers certificate.
